1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
    • Damaged or defective upon arrival
    • Incorrect item shipped
    • Expired product delivered
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
    • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt/order ID) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products without their original packaging
  • Items purchased during special sales, discounts, or promotions (unless defective/damaged)

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).

4. Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
